Advice for a man thinking about calling a woman: What if she is not interested? Well hopefully you can take a hint and end the conversation at an appropriate time. I can't tell you the number of times I have heard friends or acquaintances who have wasted literally weeks or months calling girls who were not interested and were simply too nice or timid to end the calls herself. Obviously there are men (and women) who cannot take "no" for an answer, but that is a different subject of discussion in itself. If she is not interested it should be obvious in her voice. Her tone will be flat and/or quiet. She probably will not give suggestions if you ask her to go out some other time. The final test is whether or not she ever calls you. Relationships are give and take, and a sure sign of disinterest is if the woman never calls the man. The most important principle that seems to be readily forgotten is how there are literally millions of single men and women in the world, and when one door closes, another will be open.
